7. SALE OR SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Plumbers That Care does not sell customer personal information for money.

We also do not sell or share your mobile telephone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Certain analytics or advertising technologies used on websites may involve disclosure of identifiers, device information, or internet activity to advertising or analytics providers.

Under some privacy laws, certain advertising-related disclosures may legally constitute “sharing” or a “sale” even when no money is exchanged.

If our website practices constitute a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable California law, Plumbers That Care will provide the notices and opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services where prohibited by applicable law.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP.

You may reply HELP for assistance or contact us at admin@plumberstc.com.

Opting out of promotional communications does not prevent us from sending transactional or service-related communications when permitted by law regarding an existing appointment, service request, project, contract, payment, or customer relationship.

9. REVIEWS & CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

We may contact customers following services to request feedback or invite them to leave a review.

Customers are never required to provide a review.

If you voluntarily post a review through Google, Yelp, Thumbtack, social media, or another public platform, the review and information associated with it may be publicly visible according to that platform's policies.

Information voluntarily made public through a third-party review platform is subject to that platform's privacy practices.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against a consumer for exercising applicable privacy rights.
